Fluorescent Sleeves: Shrinkwrapped Tubes

Shrinkwrapped tubes provide a very economical approach to fluorescent lamp protection. A durable custom made thermo-shrinkable PET cover over a fluorescent lamp provides instant protection in the event of breakages. PET is a special heat shrinkable tube produced through sophisticated moulding technology of polyethylene phthalate resin.

Shrinkwrapped tubes are perfect for the food industry to comply with the Food Safety Act 1995. They are also suitable for manufacturing, packaging and packing industries. The PET cover is twice the recommended thickness at 100 microns and has a usable lifespan in excess of 8000 hours.
